Kitchen and Bathroom ventilation and heating in 1920’ weatherboard house

Hi there. We need the following; Ventilation / extraction for kitchen Ventilation / extraction for bathroom Heating for bathroom We are owner occupiers but would like to bring kitchen and bathroom up to healthy home standards. We have a few ideas but need advice on what fans / heating will be required and their placement. House is 1920’s weatherboard. We aren’t under any time pressure and would expect a initial visit to scope out the work and to obtain a quote. We may invite more than one company for quotations.
