I need a Ventilation Report to be prepared by a qualified engineer to go into the application for Building Consent. The project is to convert the vacant first floor of an existing commercial building into 4 apartments. Total area 620 sqm. Open all around. The Ground floor will continue to operate as commercial. Resource consent has been obtained. Building Consent Architectural plans. Acoustic Report, Structural report, Fire and Accessibility report are all ready for submission. Needs to be completed asap.
