smartvent repair

We have a basic Smartvent system installed by the previous owner of the house and it was working fine for some time. But recently after the storm, the fan stopped working. From the control panel, it looks everything working but we can't hear any fan noise. Also, we can't feel any air flow. I am sure something happened to the fan. We would like someone to help with the repair. We don't know the original installer of the system, may be installed by the previous owner.
