I have a Smartvent system that the pipes were disconnected and reconnected after a leak in the roof last year by a friend who thought he put them back correctly. We noticed condensation today after all the rain that would indicate the unit is not functioning correctly . I require a qualified person to check the connections. We have the summer vent as well and have noticed the house has been hotter than usual
