Extend ducting on Range Hood

Range Hood. Currently ducted directly into the ceiling, needs to duct to exterior. We need the duct on our stove rangehood extended. Its currently fitted with 15mm tubing but just goes into the ceiling space. It needs to vent to the exterior for healthy homes certification. The kitchen is upstairs so you will need a ladder to get to the upstairs wall outside. Rangehood is fitted very close to ceiling trap door so there wont be much crawling around in a ceiling.
