We live in an A-frame house, and currently have no ventilation in the kitchen. We've become aware that this is causing damp and mould to develop in the floors above the kitchen, so would like to have an extractor fan or other appropriate sort of ventilation installed. Not sure if the A-frame slope of the external wall makes this an unusual job?
