Existing Bathroom fan requires venting through roof, and reconnecting to mains electricity. Fan/ lighting unit is already in situation but disconnected as it vents into the ceiling cavity. The unit has ducting tubing. We would like the work completed in the next 30 days. The job will probably require scaffolding
