Lockwood home bathroom fan and rangehood installation

I have just purchased a lockwood home, and it needs an extraction fan installed in the bathroom to vent outside and the rangehood replacing, to also vent outside. This is to meet healthy homes standards. Is anyone experienced with Lockwood homes (its a sunshine 2006 built house) that might understand how this all works? --- Cheers, Annie
