Cut through roughcast for vent

Hello, we would like a new bathroom ceiling fan installed. A new hole needs to be carefully cut through the external roughcast and old weather boards into the roof space. Then connected to vent in ceiling. Electrical wiring is already there in roof space. Main job is careful and neat cutting of hole in roughcast. Hole will be 3-4 metres above ground. If you can do this I would like to hear from you. Thanks Stephen
