Small Job - Install short run of ducting for bathroom extractor (Vortex) fan

Currently have a Vortex (HRV) extractor fan in the bathroom ceiling space, but no ducting is installed. Extractor works fine. Old ducting was removed as it was mouldy. Grill inside is 150mm, outside grill is 110mm. Not sure what size(s) the fan unit has on each side for ducting (is an 'Vortex' by HRV). Ducting runs are very short, less than a metre of ducting either side (see photos). Pretty small space and I need someone with a bit of experience/expertise to connect new ducting up to the fan properly (when old ducting was removed it looked like the original install didn't even have the exhaust ducting properly connected to the fan).
