Job description

Extractor Ventilation
Christchurch

Published: 18 March 2024

I need someone to source and install new and improved bathroom extractor fan. Our current one is underpowered which leads to condensation on walls, etc. even with an open window. Looking at an online calculator, it looks like we need between 400m3/hr and 600m3/hr capacity. The current fan is installed in the ceiling and we would look to put the new one in the same spot using the existing cut-out (which may need to be made bigger) to minimise the hassle. Existing cover (as pictured) is approx 170mm wide, and the cut-out appears to be about 140mm. Would prefer something that looks modern with a round cover, as in the photo attached - this is probably a good option but would want the person doing the job to confirm.
