Needing to duct our bathroom and kitchen extractors through the roof

Hi We are needing to install a through roof ventilation extraction duct/cowl so we can vent our range hood and two bathroom extractors. Looking for advice on best solutions and costs to have these installed. There’s doesn’t seem to be enough space to vent through the soffit The current extractors are venting into the roof space (sigh) We have attic stairs installed so access to the roof space is reasonably easy, Thanks
