The townhouse is a 90's build, made out of tilt slab concrete, where the toilet is upstairs and does not currently have an extraction fan. There is easy access to the attic, and external access would likely have to be on scaffolding or a scissor lift. We would prefer to go through the concrete than to go through the roof.
