Rangehood installation

Installation of a rangehood over oven. The ceiling above is skillion, and has no ceiling cavity. Therefore installation would require penetration of roof tiles, with rain cover and appropriate flashing. The alternative method, perhaps easier would be to vent through the exterior wall of the house which are summerhill stone. Probably requires core drilling. Happy to consider other options if there are any good suggestions. Requesting a quote and assessment please.
