Bathroom/Kitchen Ventilation

We are looking a three pieces of electrical work. Whether we do one, two or all three of them depends on the cost. These are: 1. Recommend, supply and install a bathroom fan that will vent outside. Currently we have no ventilation system other than open windows. Open to combination heat/light/fan units if recommended but the fan is the priority. 2. Repeat of the above for second (less frequently used) bathroom. 3. Supply and install rangehood in kitchen, ducted to outside. Again, no current solution in place other than open windows. See photos below of rooms and example of exterior. Bathrooms are about 10-15 cubic metres.
