There was some confusion about the quoted cost, but the variation was small. The first invoice came without a letterhead. From the invoice number I infer that this is a new start-up company and these points will be addressed in the future. Overall I am satisfied with the result and the use of Builderscrack in getting a tradesman. Thank you.

"The confusion came over the quoted cost including and excluding gst. I will make this clear with clients in the future. Reasoning for the letter head was because it did not format properly on my phone which I explained, corrected and resent to satisfy the customer. "
