Bathroom Ventilation

We currently have 1 fan in our bathroom above the shower and one small window to open to key fresh air in. It is a tiny bathroom and quite damp. We are getting the tiling re-grouted and wanted to update our ventilation to protect it. There are 2 light fittings and someone has recommended to us that we use those areas to do a heating / fan combination. So in summary we need advice about how to update our bathroom ventilation and will need the parts supplied too. Thank you!
