Tile Bathroom - Ruakaka

Fllor is mdf - has had one repair of replacement board. Have tiles. The shape of bathroom is basically a rectangle with 1 section a little wider. Would have to have waterproofing between existing floor and tiles. I would like a drain outlet like a sink outlet through floor for any overflow water from bath. Location is Ruakaka village. The current bathroom contains 1 toilet and one vanity. The vanity is being replaced by a ceramic stem vanity. Would like to meet on site to get ideas, estimate and time of start. Property is tenanted. Approx measurements long 229cm x 192cm with extra lip 43mm wide x 145cm long. My number ---
