Bathroom tiling

Bathroom is approximately 7to 8sq Mtrs. It has floor tiles to be removed and replaced with new ones and new wall tiles on top of existing paintwork. There is a toilet and cupboard to work around. Also would like a small porch tiled, maybe 3sq Mtrs. Would like work to be done early Oct, moving in shortly thereafter.
