Grave tiling - concrete slab already in place

I am looking to get my mum’s grave tiled. A concrete slab is already in place and is very low to the ground so am considering just the top being done. She is in a marae cemetery in Matata. We are arranging a headstone unveiling in March (next month) and would love to get the site tiled before the 21st. Is this something you may be able to consider doing? Or if not, do you know so someone I might be able to contact to try and get this done? I understand it’s short notice (we only decided on the weekend) and to make things harder, I don’t know the exact measurements of the concrete and I live in Nelson (so popping over there to visit is not a 2hr drive.)
