Review Poor Tiling Job

I am looking for a tiler who is experienced and who can review a tiling job and quote for resolving issues with that job. The job was never completed (I was told after completion to get a builder to put an architrave over the tile/window touchpoint). The tiler did not follow instructions re where trim was to go and consequently their is an uneven finish across the top of the splashback. The tiler has refused to discuss these things (I got this through a third party) and has simply ignored us. I just want to get the tiling completed, a friend who is NOT a tiler but works in trades thinks many of the tiles will need removing and re-cutting then rehanging with the trim added, and silicone between the tiles and trim, What I want to get is a clear opinion if whether this can be remediated or there is some reason not to, and a quote for doing that. I often work at home in Johnsonville so coming to view the job is no problem. I will add photos later, phone battery is dead. Thanks.
