Bathroom needs to last a few more years - Regrout tiles & silicone

The bathroom was last renovated over 20 years ago but needs some maintenance so that will last a few more until I can afford a remodel. The shower is over the bath. The tiles in this area need regrouting. 2 tiles are cracked and need replacing. - one where the bath spout is, and the other where the shower hose attaches. I only have 1 tile that matches, but they are 20cm white squares. Also, all the silicone needs redoing. Where the tiles meet the floorboards, around the bath, and the vanity.
