Small Inside & Outside Grout Fixes

Hi - we have 3 small grouting jobs to do as follows: Internal - Bathroom glass tiles - grouting is lifting and needs either patching or replacing. This was completed 12 years ago, but the top grout layer is peeling off. Need advise on whether it is best to replace or patch. The total area is shown and is 1380mm x 990mm. External - Back Door steps - top step sealer has broken down and needs replacing either with Silicone (as current) or with filler and Grey grouting. Would like to discuss pro's and con's. External Patio - around a dozen small grout patching (Grey) jobs to tidy up patio are required as per pics. (5m x 9.5m). Would like a quote before proceeding please - we are home most days.
