Cork floor tiling infill/replacement

This is a church auditorium with concrete underfloor. We want to remove the current aisle carpet and replace/fill in with cork tiles. Ideally we would want to replace nearly all the current cork tiling which are brittle from sun, age and stiletto & other damage, but this is beyond our budget. Estimate about 170 of the current sized cork tiles would be minimum required. Extent of job to be negotiated by successful tiler. Because we have a dance school using the venue after school most days, job would need to be completed either during December or January or in other school holidays
