Tiles, plaster and other

We plan to install a gas central system downstairs house and need to prepare the place for it : remove mud floor (1 or 2 cubic meter), tiles (approx. 20 m²), build 'on 2 walls and installing 2 doors, opening one other wall to create a direct access in the house from the garden; insulation and (rustic) ceiling on the same surface.
