Removing old broken tiles + laying new ones - in an elevator

1/ For our building lift, remove old tiles and replace with new ones. Provide advice regarding the best possible tiles for the current use (size, type) and advise on options to keep the expenses to a minimum (possible repair?) 2/ at the entrance of our building, replace the metal bar (holding the tiles) that has fallen off. WE NEED A QUOTE AND AN INVOICE TO THE BODY CORPORATE Thank you very much!
