Patio and stairs tiling

I would like to have my patio and stairs tiled. patio aprox 240cm x 270cm and 16 stairs leading up 90cm wide x 30cm 90cm wide by 16cm Both patio and stairs will need to be prepped as old paint is chipping and peeling.
