Kitchen/Laundry Tiling Job

We're renovating our old villa - a big project and we're doing it bit by bit. We've just finished repiling and replacing subfloor. We now need our kitchen/dining, and laundry area tiled. It's about 25 sqm in total. We have the tiles - 600x600 (30sqm total). The dining area and laundry is new plyfloor with cement backer on top. The kitchen is concrete which previously had lino. We've taken most of the skirting boards off and will take cabinet kickboards & rest of skirting off ready for tiling. There's a bit of join between the concrete & ply areas needed - hopefully the photos show what I mean.
