Floor and Wall Tiling

I'd like to have the floor tiled in a small bathroom (floor area 5 sq m). There are some existing tiles and a section of carpet that will need to be removed. Also need the toilet to be removed and a new one put down in the same position. I'm flexible about timing over the next couple of months, but I'll be putting the house on the market around the end of Jan.
