Tiled bathroom splashback update - small job

I would like to update the tiled splashback in my bathroom. Area to be tiled is approx 1000mm by 290mm. I am yet to choose tiles and am open to input on tile options. I don't have a specific timeframe for this job and the bathroom is otherwise complete so no need to coordinate with other trades. Vanity and mirror are in situ as per photo.
