EQC Repairs - Tiling

Finally have EQC Pay out for repairs to 2 bedroom CBD apartment. Job in EQC list is: Bathroom: Remove dispose supply install tiles 3.20 m2 Kitchen: Remove dispose supply install tiles 5.40m2 Toilet: Grind out and re grout tiles 3.60 m As tiles are around 10 years old not expected to find a similar tile we may just re-tile the toilet also. We can discuss removal and supply of new tiles (eg we can dispose/purchase) Happy for on site viewing as required. Tried uploading photos but no joy.
