The paint done in the bathroom 4 years ago is peeling off the wallpaper. Mould also develops every month. The size is about 2m x 3m. What I'd like to do is to keep the bathtub, sink and toilet as they are and remove the wallpaper and vinyl and replace them. Options I have is new vinyl on the floor, tiling for the rest of the walls and ceilings, or part tiling part gib with aqua paint, pending on how the costs go. I'm open to suggestions.

"To receive a 2/4 for workmanship is rough. My quote stated in detail, the processes I was allowing for (Preparation and paint), however on completion the Client instructed me that she wanted the wallpaper to be removed! I communicated that this was not allowed for prior to starting (written and verbally). Am a little confused and disappointed in receiving this comment with no communication that this was her take on the finished product...."
