Downstairs Bathroom Reno
Job description
We are having our bathroom renovated and putting in a shower over bath (it is a corner fitting with freestanding at one end). We want to have two walls and the floor tiled. Will need waterproofing completed around bath/shower. We know the tiles we want (we have them elsewhere in the house). We have Pharaoh Construction as building contractors who will project manage and coordinate the work. Likely start demo of existing bathroom elements in 2-3 weeks but plumbing and electrical will then need to be done. Existing floor is carpet, over concrete (no existing flooring elements to remove). Tiles are --- (wall) and --- (floor) Total area is wall 8-9 sq meters (2.4 high, 1.7 and 1.8m wide) total floor areas is 3.5 - 4 sq meters (1.7 x 1.8m (main) + 0.6 x 1.2m (entrance) ) Existing tiling in different bathroom is shown - would want same or similar configuration of tiles.

Sean was very responsive, on time to the initial meeting and provided a quote quickly and clearly. He undertook the job as needed and on time. The final result was great, and worked with the other trades to solve a few problems with what we were trying to achieve.
