Small bathroom renovation

Small bathroom renovation (about 3.5 sq m) on a fairly tight budget. Currently has a bath but no shower. We need a shower installed over the bath and probably a new bath. Definitely new vanity and toilet. Also wall mounted mirror or mirrored cabinet and a heated towel rail. We can source the various bits, so just need installation/plumbing. We don't plan to change the position of anything, so plumbing should be fairly straightforward. We are considering a couple of options but may go for tiled floor (3.5 sq m minus the bath) and tiled walls around the bath.
