Roughly 20sqm of tiling to an existing ground floor lobby space in a vacant office building. Remove existing floor tiles and tiled skirting. Replace with Galaxy Charcoal Structured --- from The Tile Warehouse RRP $70/sqm incl GST (or similar tiles). Mostly indoors but a few sqm are outdoor.
