Quality tiling around washbasin, so a splasback effectively. Use maybe 10-20cm of flat tiles topped with tile edge strip, like a moulding, depending on what’s available. One side has wallpaper, the other sides are just painted gib.

Andreas fitted this small job in at the weekend, and he returned without question to finish the following weekend, when I found that some of the tiles I had been sold were the wrong ones! Very pleased with his work, it looks great!
