Two bathrooms and one spashback tiling

I need two bathroom floors tiled - both small - one about 5m2 and the other more like 7m2 (with shower cubes excluded). The larger bathroom I'd like done sooner - ideally next week, although following week would work too. I think only the new, second bathroom needs the waterproofing compound put down first. Price it this way please. Please price both bathrooms separately. Also, another separate quote, I will need a kitchen splashback tiled - subway tiles, 3m2.
