Kitchen Tiling for Apartment in Wellington

We have an apartment in Wellington Central - Tory Street. We are looking for a tiler that can provide 2 quotes for the kitchen area for insurance purposes. We have had some water damage from a leak and one of the floor tiles is loose. First quote would be to lift and relay a couple of floor tiles, Second quote would be to lift and replace the whole tiling in kitchen area. The area is 3.6M L x 1.2M W. Quote needs to include replacement tiles. Parking is within the building however you do have to pay for parking - this can be added to the invoice.
