Bathroom Wall & part floor

A New bathroom vanity needs to be fiitted At least 3 tiles need to be cut to accomodate the vanity.Or install new tiles to bare floor where original vanity was placed.Some new tiles fitted to wall where vanity is shorter than original Grouting and sealer needed. I do have at least 4 new matching spare tiles for the floor.
