Bathroom reno

We have a shower that has tiled walls. The grouting is corroding away, and water is getting through and coming up under the tiles in the rest of the bathroom, which are also in poor condition. We are looking at the cheapest way to fix all this up. Possibly some sort of seal over the shower tiles, or re-grouted, and then wooden/lino or something put down to replace the tiles in the rest of the bathroom, but open to other suggestions.
