Ensuite & Powder Room Tiling

We are looking to do some tiling work in the master bedroom’s ensuite (2m x 3m) and also a small powder room (2mx2m). It would be floor & some wall tiling for a walk in shower + shower niche’s. Removal of exisiting tile in both spaces required. Current vanity and shower will be removed prior to tile install in ensuite Current vanity and bath will be removed prior to tile install in powder room. Waterproofing. We have standard tiles in mind that we'd like to use from one of the major tile suppliers but open to feedback :-) Photos and floor plans attached.
