Floor tiling

I have a unit, all one level, all concrete floors throughout. I want to tile the entire unit with a 600mm x 600mm tile. I'll supply the tiles, the glue and the grout, you supply the labour, to tile and grout. I have already removed all existing flooring, so we have bare concrete floors ready to go. Skirting boards have all been removed too. The area is just on 100 square metres (kitchen dining, lounge, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet). Cost please. There is some furniture in the house, so we'll need to allow for doing maybe half the house one day, then I can move furniture onto the tiled area, and then you can carry on with the other half.
