Tiling of Laundry, Toilet & Bathroom Floors

My laundry & toilet floors were damaged by a water leak from my washing machine about 2 months ago. I am considering having the floors tiled, along with my bathroom. Approximate Measurements: 1. Laundry - 1.4 x 2.5 2. Toilet - 1.9 x 0.9 3. Bathroom - 1.6 x 1.9

A good honest person who was clear cut and initially hassle free. He knew exactly what we wanted and what was required to complete a good job. Very friendly and very helpful. The only fault was his schedule, this job was drawn out and timings weren't always met because of his other commitments/jobs. But otherwise a good sound job.
