Small tiling job - outdoor porch floor

We need our front porch re-tiled. It is around one square metre in area. It has some old tiles still in place, but when some broke off at the front a year or so ago it was roughly cemented over as a temporary fix. This is now flaking off in places. I’m not sure what the state of the area is underneath the old tiles. We wanted to use plain square terracotta tiles around 15x15. We’d also like the old bricks in front of the porch tidied up if possible - new sand put down between them and cleaned off a bit - but that doesn’t have to be included in the job.

Alex did a great job of tiling our front step, despite bad weather, an imperfect surface to work with and tricky tiles. He always arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was good at keeping in touch in between visits. I would definitely use Alex again.
