Regrout shower tiles

I need my mouldy grout and seal in our shower/bath area replaced to make our property rental ready. One area is 1.58m by 1.58m with either end of the bath/shower 680cm but 1.58m high. The seal along the top of the vanity and also around the bath between the bath and tiles also needs replacing. The walls and ceilings of the bathroom also need to be prepped and painted, so if you're interested, that could be part of the job also.
