Splashback installation

I have a 520mm x 520mm glass splashback that needs to be installed into an exsiting tiled wall. The job will involve removing some existing tiles - cutting new tiles to shape and installing and grouting the splashback and tiles. You will be working in a residential kitchen over the ceramic stove and under an extractor fan. So the job needs to be done on a weekday and completed before 4pm. In this photo if you look under the lights you can see the area where a tile is missing. The previous tiler was too scared to do it so I need someone confident and experienced please.
