Tile Cutting - Small job (4 tiles)

I require someone to template and cut 4 tiles for a laundry splashback in Te Awamutu. The tiles are 900mm x 450mm. The height of the splashback will be 400mm so two of the tiles will just need cutting to that height. The other two need to be cut to accommodate a window. Installation not required. Would like the tiles to be ready for installation asap and invoice will be paid immediately on the day it's received.
