Waterproof and tile a small shower

3 sided alcove shower needs tiling, concrete floor. shower is --- and total area to tile ~7sq m. Would need to be waterproofed first. My guess is that a tile on tray would be easiest to do, but if you are better at grinding out the concrete to generate the fall then be my guest,..
