Install tiles in front of sliding doors

Wanting a row or row & half of tiles installed in front of 2 sliding doors. We are getting carpet shortly & would like to have it completed before then. Tiles we have are 300 x 600 mm. The main door will take approx. 4 tiles across the second door will take approx. 3 tiles across, when the tiles are laid on the longest side to the door. Photo of tiles we have attached House is on piles, so possibly need to secure subfloor to prevent tiles/grout cracking, prior to install of tiles.
