Two small rooms - Floor tiling

Our client has 2 small rooms that require floor tiles and tile skirts to be installed. Total area of approximately 6m2. Tiles supplied by client, Mapei 110 (Manhattan 2000) grout and silicone colour to be used, Matt silver trim to top of skirts. The rooms have tile and slate backer already installed, and the site is ready to go. Plans of site available via e-mail.
